Bowflex 552 Dumbbells Pair Review: Very versatile and easy to adjust from one weight to another. Much faster than trying to use other adjustable barbells. I also love the 2.5 lb increments unlike others that have 10 lb increment adjustments. They cost more but are definitely worth it.
These weights really give me the flexibility to take my work outs to a whole new level. Quickly switch weight amounts to target specific muscle groups. I don’t know how I worked out for so long without them! I can see quick results in my muscles (toning) in using these weights. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
